I had aproblem with the door not coming down and had tohave itrepaired but overall. The employees were sonice and kind. Iwould usthem again. Thanks for taken good care ofmy memories and things. Very clean establishment.

We have been here for nearly 3years. Not all the same storage unit. All 3were clean and neat. And people very friendly. They has 2managers, both are very good. And wehave had rented good equipment from them and they helped when weforgot our keys.

If Icould give zero Stars Iwould tothis U-Haul dealer, because they have false advertisem*nt they have trucks that state $19.95aday Irented atruck told them Iwould have it3hours Ihad itback intwo and Ipaid $100how that was possible Ihave noidea she asked mehow many miles Iwas going togo why would itbe any concern ofhers ifthey're going tocharge meper mile anyway it's ridiculous and they're rip off you're better off going toHome Depot orPenske, asthey have unlimited mileage and home depot even pays for any tolls that you may gothrough. Iwill never use this uhaul again period!… – show

Well Iwas impressed until our pin came off the trailer and italmost flipped off the side ofthe road! Wehad some men help usand they said the pin shouldn't have come out that easy & whoever put itin did itwrong. Now the brakes don't work & wehave been onhold for 40minutes trying toget ahold ofsomeone. Wewere very lucky someone helped usbut uhaul ispretty awful!!!!!

They did anawesome job Ijust hope itall gets tothe destination inone piece myhusband did not like how they took stuff apart and they broken stuff and did not say till hesak...... will see when toour destination…what has been broken.

Veteran Edgar Lopez was awesome! Heeven gave mea courtesy call toremind meof mypickup time. Iassured him Iwas onmyway. Upon entering the location; Edgar greeted meby name, and wasted notime taking care ofme. Heexplained everything ingreat detail, and ensured that Ihad apleasant experience!!
Phil was great and delivered my26Footer tothe front with the the A/Con. Byfar the best Uhaul experience Ihavehad! 5star!!

Rented aTrailer topickup furniture! Wehave appointment topick upat 9am and had delay issue due totrailer light not working onthe truck, the gentleman was nice totry help get the light working but couldn't get itto work! They was nice enough tohold the trailer reserved for ustill wegot back from having the wiring harness replaced onthe truck for the trailer lights.
The facility was also clean! They had ayoung Man cleaning the outside and staff was very professional and Friendly. T
his isactually mysecond time renting the enclosed trailer for $30which comes with insurance protection.… – show00
