@ZiplyFiber Does anyone remember what it was like to have those "fast" dial up speeds with a 28.8 modem and get overcharged for it?I do! I've got Ziply! It's not Fiber, and the app to pay NEVER works so I HAVE to call in my payments and pay extra!Stay classy Ziply.

@ZiplyFiber Just got fiber internet installed yesterday and it’s out now, as if 11:00 or so this morning. Can’t get through to customer service. Is this part of a broader outage in the area?

@Michael98482756 @ZiplyFiber I’ll second that. When my connection was dropped multiple times while trying to work remotely, I was told this was “normal” and that was the extent of the support.

@ZiplyFiber I switched from satanistic Xfinity to Ziply a year ago. I must say their service & reliability is a thousand-fold better.

@ZiplyFiber I'm getting 70% packet loss right now bc fiber wasn't spliced correctly into neighborhood hub. This is a recent problem, it seems probably new svc install done wrong. The tech that came out said he was escalating, but y'all need 2 fix this ASAP! It's been over a week!

@ZiplyFiber She repeated to me that she’s not allowed to touch the tax so I have to pay it otherwise your company will charge me $10 late fee next month…she told me she’s done all she can help and fixed your company’s mistake. It took me 38mins on the phone to resolve it

@ZiplyFiber I wondered where it came from. Doesn’t get high marks in my neighborhood and it took forever for someone to come and fix the broken box that inhabits my backyard. Free rent for something I don’t even use!
