So @optimum double charges me for internet service, takes an appalling amount of time to transfer my customer service call to a “we’ll-keep-your-place-in-line-and-call-you-back”, calls me 5 hours later to NOT connect me with an agent —now I’m 17min back in the queue I started in

I even tweeted to @OptimumHelp I which they said DM us for help. They were no help. Told me to call the number and speak to sales. Sales can’t do anything it’s a technical problem.
